The Extraordinary Women staff, speakers, and artists are looking forward to the Roanoke conference! We are arriving with anticipation of seeing God move in a mighty way. Our mission is to draw women closer to the heart of God and we are so excited that you have chosen to spend this time with us! Please join us in prayer as we ask HIM to bless this event, and those in attendance, in an awesome way.

Please see the details below as they may be of assistance to you while preparing for the conference. It is our pleasure to coordinate conference details to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.

We encourage all attendees to carpool and arrive early.

Conference Times:

Friday — Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. If sound checks are completed earlier, doors may open sooner. The conference begins at 7:00 p.m. and will end around 10:15 p.m.

Saturday — Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. The conference begins at 8:30 a.m. and will end around 4:15 p.m.

Please bring a light sweater as temperatures vary in large venues.

Entrances:

The following entrances will be open:

Parking:

Carpooling is encouraged. Parking is available at the Roanoke Civic Center. However, if Civic Center parking fills up due to multiple events, the following parking garage will be available: Elmwood Park Garage – located at the corner Williamson Road and Tazewell Road (please see the map below).

Complimentary shuttles will run from the Elmwood Park Garage beginning on Friday evening at 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m.

All shuttles are accessible for those with disabilities.

Arena Map:

Below is the arena layout for the Roanoke Civic Center. Please note the Reserved Sections (green), ADA Seating (blue), and Deaf and Hearing Impaired Section (orange) of the arena. Other sections are General Admission unless special seating signs are notated by the Extraordinary Women staff.

Speaker/Artist merchandise tables will be located in the Exhibit Hall. Sponsor tables will be located on the concourse.

Boxed Lunches:

For those attendees who have pre-purchased boxed lunches, they will be distributed on Saturday during the lunch break on the back side of the Exhibit Hall. Please follow instructions given during dismissal for lunch. Boxed lunches are provided through the Roanoke Civic Center.

Outside Food:

The arena does not permit any outside food. Please plan accordingly. The concession stands will be stocked and ready to accommodate our guests for lunch.
