Hi Ladies:

The Extraordinary Women staff, speakers, and artists are looking forward to the Lynchburg conference this weekend! We are arriving with anticipation of seeing God move in a mighty way. Our mission is to draw women closer to the heart of God and we are so excited that you have chosen to spend this time with us! Please join us in prayer as we ask HIM to bless this event, and those in attendance, in an awesome way.

Please see the details below as they may be of assistance to you while preparing for the conference. It is our pleasure to coordinate conference details to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.

We encourage all attendees to carpool and arrive early (shuttle and parking instructions below).

Conference Times:
Friday — shuttle pickups begin at 4:30 p.m. and doors will open at 6:00 p.m. If sound checks are completed earlier, doors will open sooner. Conference begins at 7:00 p.m. and will end around 10:00 p.m.

Saturday — shuttle pickups begin at 6:30 a.m. and doors will open at 7:30 a.m. A preshow will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the conference will officially begin live with the Simulcast at 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Please bring a light sweater as temperatures vary in large venues.

Reserved Seating Section:
The reserved seating section will be on the floor as well as the first few rows around the base of the floor. Ushers will be in place to check reserved section tickets which are clearly marked at the top with "RESERVED." Please see the attached layout for details.

Special Needs Seating:
EW wants to do its best to accommodate those with special needs who will be attending the conference. In an effort to assist those who have trouble navigating stairs, the top rows of sections 105-106 and 122-123 will be reserved. Please use caution as hand rails are not available for every staircase. Additionally, for those attendees in wheelchairs, limited areas will be clearly marked along the concourse. Please note that this letter is required for seating in the reserved areas and allows access for you and one friend.

Wheelchair accessible seating is also available on the concourse near the special needs’ section. Folding chairs will be available for a guest to join you. Ushers will be on hand to monitor this area to ensure that seats are available for you.

Handicap Parking:
There will be limited parking near the Vines Center for those attendees with disabilities. A state issued plate or placard is required for the parking area between the Vines Center and DeMoss Hall (Eagle Run, Lot P4).

Closed Sections:
Due to poor sound quality, the following sections will not be available for seating: Sections 112, 113, 114, 115, and 116. If you choose to sit in these sections, please realize that sound will be limited and, at times, may be non-existent.

Shuttles/Parking:
EW wants to do its best to assist you with parking and shuttle service to the Vines Center. The shuttle pickups will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Friday and 6:30 a.m. on Saturday. The following parking lots are available for the weekend and will have shuttle pickups: Thomas Road Baptist Church, PNO1 (North Campus), PN04 (Upper North Campus across from Law School), and PM03 (David’s Place). Shuttle pickups will only be in these four locations. Please look for designated EW volunteers with "Shuttle Pickup" signs for assistance. It is important that you remember the parking lot and number where you park, as buses will be assigned to specific lots to expedite service to and from the Vines Center. A university map is attached. Parking is limited around the Vines Center and Liberty University has requested that attendees park in the designated parking lots.

Liberty University’s North Campus lot and Wards Road have new entrances and exits that will assist you with entering and exiting the campus.

Shuttles do run for Liberty University students. Attendees are also allowed to use these shuttles, but they will not be running after our event. Please use caution as to which bus route you choose if utilizing this service. Avoid using the "Green Route" and the "Four F," but keep in mind that any bus leaving the North Campus pickup location (located behind North Campus and the LaHaye Student Center) will stop at the Vines Center along its route.

Boxed Lunch:
For those attendees who have pre-purchased a Panera Bread® boxed lunch, they will be distributed on Saturday during the lunch break. Please follow the signs above sections 122-123.

Outside Food Services:
Sodexho will be on-site Friday night with concessions. Sodexho, Lil Cucci’s, and Chick-Fil-A® will be on-site Saturday afternoon for those attendees who have not pre-purchased a Panera boxed lunch.

Spirit FM Cushions:
In case of rain, the distribution area for the Spirit FM cushion giveaway will be inside the Vines Center in the concourse behind the stage at the Spirit FM booth.

I trust this information will be helpful and look forward to seeing you this weekend!

Blessings,

Beth Cleveland
