... when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth... John 16:13

Have you ever found yourself wishing the Lord would suddenly appear in your living room with step-by-step instructions for your life? I’ve had that thought on many occasions, particularly when I was younger and had life-decisions glaring me in the face. I mean, God spoke quite directly to Abraham, Moses, Mary, and Paul. Why not me? Older, more mature Christians would give me a knowing smile and say, He just doesn’t work that way. Today, I advise young believers going through similar situations with this same concept. Sometimes its hard to believe in what cant be seen-to trust the untouchable. However, I’ve learned that Christ works in and through me, guiding my desires and decisions, by the power of the Holy Spirit. He’s called the Spirit of Truth. He makes Gods Word come alive in our hearts and helps us put it to work in our marriages, families, and careers. All of us have missed His leading at one time or another by ignoring, or not seeking, His guidance. Our will be done! Thats asking for it alright. And not in a good way! Extraordinary women, let the gentle Holy Spirit nurture you in love and truth today. Look to the sky-not wanting more from God-but more of God.
Prayer
... if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. - King Solomon
