What is the difference between reserved and general seating?

Reserved seating must be purchased at the conference one year in advance. General seating is for all other conference attendees and is on a first come-first serve basis.

Can I include the Extraordinary Women logo on the t-shirts I make myself?

We encourage you to make personalized t-shirts, and appreciate your enthusiasm for the conference; however, the Extraordinary Women logo is a registered trademark which cannot be used without a license.

Can I make copies of the Extraordinary Women brochures to hand out?

If you would more Extraordinary Women brochures, you can call 1-800-526-8673. If time does not permit to order more free brochures, you can feel free to make as many copies as you need.

Can you announce Birthday announcements at the Extraordinary Women conference?

We appreciate that women choose to celebrate their birthdays at Extraordinary Women conferences; however, due to time constraints, we cannot make birthday, anniversary, or other personalized announcements.

No, we do not offer childcare at the Extraordinary Women conference.

Is there an age limit for the Extraordinary Women conference?

There is not really an age limit for the Extraordinary Women conference; however, we ask that you are considerate of the other women attending the conference. The conference tends to be long for little ones, and they become restless in the arena seating. We suggest that you, your child, and the attendees surrounding you will be much happier if your child is left with a care-giver. On the other hand, older women tend to love the conference and can request special needs seating when registering for the conference, if need be.

How can I work behind the scenes for the Extraordinary Women production team?

Extraordinary Women uses a specific production team and is currently not looking for new members. However, we would love you for you to volunteer in a different capacity.

Can I be seated in a certain section/row/seat based on my certain seating requests?

Other than reserved seating, seating is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Is there a separate price for children for the Extraordinary Women conference?

No, there is not a separate price for children to attend the Extraordinary Women conference. We recommend that you leave your younger children at home or with a care-giver; however, girls in their late teens frequently attend and enjoy the Extraordinary Women conference.

What can I do to attend the Extraordinary Women conference if I cannot afford it?

We are always looking for volunteers. All volunteers receive a free registration, and a free boxed lunch. You can fill out an on-line volunteer application on our website, www.ewomen.net/volunteer.

Extraordinary Women is nondenominational, with the commitment to reaching women of all backgrounds.

Extraordinary Women understands that denominational ties are important to some people; however, we focus on our common beliefs in the saving grace of Jesus Christ. You can visit our website for our Statement of Faith.

Do you provide transportation to and from the Extraordinary Women conferences?

Extraordinary Women does not provide transportation to and from the conference; however, sometimes hotels offer shuttles to and from the arena or church location. You can contact your hotel for more information.

Is Sign Language interpretation available at the conference?

Yes, we offer Sign Language interpretation for the deaf and hearing impaired.  If the conference you are attending is located at a church, interpretation is available upon request.  Call 1-800-526-8678 for more information.  Interpretation is always available at conferences held in arenas.
